8 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
4 tablespoons flour
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Finely shred or use ricer while potatoes are hot. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Heat 1/4" oil in heavy pan. Form into small balls and drop into oil. Fry till slightly golden. Drain on paper towels, then freeze for later use in tater tot casserole. Or to serve alone, bake in single layer on baking sheet at 400F till of desired cripsness.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed or tater tots
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken meat
1 cup diced ham
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/4 cup butter, melted
Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, hash browns, cubed chicken and ham, onions, and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Top with crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Bake for another 15 minutes
Tater tot breakfast
1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
2 pounds tater tots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over sausage.
In large bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point).Top with tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Tater tot casserole
2 pounds tater tots, thawed
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl combine tater tots, soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt and softened butter; mix well. Transfer to casserole dish. In a medium bowl combine cereal and melted butter; spread over casserole. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese (use more or less according to your taste) and paprika.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned. (Note: It's a good idea to put a cookie sheet under the casserole dish, in case it bubbles over while cooking.)

We Answered:you can do all sorts of things...my family's favorite is doing it chili cheese style...tater tots on bottom topped with chili cheese baked until nice and bubbly...you can make them baked potato style as well bake them with cheese then just top off with sour cream..there is this weird thing but oh so yummy that i discovered which we call pizza tots...tater tots pizza sauce over them then pepperoni and cheese its all gooey but good...

We Answered:1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces
salt, to taste (optional)
Combine mustard, oil, garlic, tarragon, paprika, and pepper flakes.
Wash potato pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Add to spice mixture and toss to coat well.
Very lightly grease a baking sheet.
Add potatoes in a single layer.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for approximately 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with salt, if desire
