Asian Spinach Salad10 oz. pkg. Fresh Baby Spinach
• 1/4 lb. Fresh Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms (or other variety)
• 1 5 oz. can Water Chestnuts, chopped
• 2 Grapefruit, Sectioned and cut up
• 1/4 Cup toasted Sesame Oil
• 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Grapefruit Juice
• 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
• 1 tsp Sugar

Method:
Gently rinse the spinach; drain well and put into large Salad Bowl. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and grapefruit. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, grapefruit juice, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and dry ingredients. Toss with Spinach mixture just before serving.
Crunchy Spinach Salad with Mandarin Oranges. A sweet orange dressing with baby spinach, red onion, Mandarin oranges and peanuts for extra crunch.
Ingredients:
• 2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 2 1/2 Tablespoons orange juice (fresh if possible)
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 Tablespoon honey
• 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 bag (6 oz) fresh baby spinach
• 1 cup Mandarin orange segments
• 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
Method:
Combine olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and brown sugar in small bowl and set aside. Place spinach, orange segments, onion and nuts in large bowl. Pour dressing over mixture and toss. Salt and pepper to taste.
Quick & Easy California Salad
There's hardly any chopping involved in this easy salad that combines cherry tomatoes, black olives, canned mushrooms, artichoke hearts & avocado.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh whole cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup canned whole black olives, drained
• 1 cup canned whole button mushrooms, drained
• 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (do not drain)
• 1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
Method:
Combine all ingredients in salad bowl. Toss gently to coat completely with marinade. Chill before serving.

Tangerine-Mango Dream Smoothie1 C tangerine juice
2 bananas (peel before freezing)
1 C mango, diced, frozen
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Tangerine Orange Pudding
3 Tbs plus 1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup plus 2 tsp sugar
1 C fresh tangerine juice (not from concentrate)
3/4 C fresh orange juice
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1 tsp finely grated fresh orange /tangerine zest
1/3 cup well-chilled heavy cream
Special equipment: 6 (4- to 5-oz) glasses, ramekins, or cups
Whisk together cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt in a 1 1/2-quart heavy saucepan, then whisk in juice until smooth. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, whisking constantly, then boil, whisking constantly, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. •Remove from heat and whisk in butter and zest, then transfer pudding to a metal bowl. •Set bowl into a larger bowl of ice and cold water and stir frequently until cold, about 10 minutes. Spoon into glasses on a baking sheet and chill, covered, 10 minutes. • Beat cream with remaining 2 tsp sugar until it holds soft peaks. Serve puddings topped with cream.
Makes 6 servings.

1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed or sliced thin
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2/3 cup chopped onion
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
5 dried chili peppers, minced
2 teaspoons peppercorns, roasted and ground
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons fresh tangerine juice or orange juice
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
3/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon Szechwan chili paste with garlic
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tangerine peel or orange peel cut into strips
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
Combine chicken and cornstarch. Set aside.
Combine onions in small bowl. Combine chili peppers, peppercorns and ginger in another bowl. Combine juice, soy sauce, hoisin, sugar and chili paste and mix well. Set all 3 bowls aside.
Heat oil in wok to 225F. Add chicken and cook until it loses pink color. Remove chicken and drain. Pour out all but 1 tablespoon of oil.
Heat oil until very hot. Add chili pepper mixture and stir-fry 15 seconds. Add peel. Add combined onions and stir-fry 20 seconds. Mix in chicken. Add juice mixture and stir-fry 30 seconds. Add vinegar and stir-fry 15 seconds. Mix in sesame oil and serve.

Tangerine filling:4 tangerines, peeled, and segmented
6 1/3 ounce (180 grams) palm sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pastry dough:
12 tablespoon (180 grams) unsalted butter
10 tablespoon (70 grams) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 yolk
10 1/ ounce (300 grams) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon dried milk powder
2 egg yolks, beaten
8 clove whole
Cooking Instructions
For tangerine filling:
Put all of the ingredients for the filling into a medium saucepan and set over low heat. Cook, stirring, until the sugar has melted and the liquid has evaporated, about 45 minutes. When the mixture is completely dry, transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
For pastry dough:
Place the butter, confectioners' sugar, salt, and whole egg in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Cream together ingredients on medium speed until the sugar has dissolved, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Sift the flour and milk powder into the bowl. Mix just until the dough comes together. Transfer the dough to a large piece of plastic wrap, wrap tightly, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap the chilled dough and transfer to a lightly floured work surface. Dust the dough with flour and roll to 1/8-inch thickness, rotating and flouring occasionally to prevent sticking. Use a floured 3-inch round biscuit cutter to cut out 8 circles.
Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the tangerine filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough circle in half and pinch the edges together to seal. Turn the package over so that the seam faces down and flatten slightly into a tangerine-like shape. Repeat with the remaining dough circles.
Transfer to the baking sheet, setting patries 2-inches apart. Brush with the beaten egg yolks, and stick a clove in the center of each package. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Cool and serve. The pastries may be kept for two weeks in an airtight container.

grate 2 orange peels and place them in a cup of double cream Then add 2 teaspoons of milk. Then add 4 teaspoons of sugar. Then mix it all together and wash your face in it.then rinse with water. This will get rid of any impuraties(spots) and get rid of dry and dead skin. I do this every 2 weeks and it really works.jope I helpedxx
