Yikes, I don't know the taste of a lot of these foods. Anyway, here goes:For breakfast I would have:
- yerba mate tea mixed with agave nectar for sweetness and a little bit of prickly pear juice for flavor.
-pumpkin stir fried with walnuts and apples over quinoa with a tiny bit of maple syrup as a sweetener.
Lunch: Corn wraps filled with avocado, kidney beans, bell peppers and sweet potato, flavored with chili and cayenne.
Dinner: wild rice mixed with seeds, dulce, potatoes and whatever other greens are available.
For a snack: a fruit salad or handful of nuts.
