Ok, I was on the low carb diet thing and found a recipe for penut butter fudge that was HEAVEN!1/2 cup peanut butter( natrual )
8 oz cream cheese
1 c splenda
1/4 c butter
melt ingredients in a sauce pan, when well melted and blended put in a container lined with parchment paper and refridge till set,
variation i like to use muffin tins put a little nutella on the bottom and then fill with the fudge!
another idea is get a sugar cookie recipe and then use half as much sugar, replace the other half with splenda.
sugar free pudding is another option you can make a silk pie, mix your fav flavor of pudding(sugar free of course) pour in bottom of a pie shell add sugar free cool whip on top refidge till set 2 hours or so
