Hello! I usually buy rambutan in can since I can't get fresh ones since they're very expensive. Frozen durians can be purchased in the frozen section of any Asian grocery stores. They come either already cut into packages or whole (usually from Thailand). The durian is frozen whole and you need a couple of days to thaw it out before you can even cut into it.

I don't think I have ice kachang recipe unless you mean cendol. It's very hard to make. I usually just go to a Vietnamese dessert store and get the 'green' worm-like things then add it to shaved ice and palm sugar syrup.
