Joann Said:baby spinach, tri color pasta, parmesan any good recipes out there?
We Answered:Actually that would be rather tasty if you dressed it with oil and vinegar, added some tomatoes and herbs... but since you want something else, try sauteeing the spinach in a little olive oil with finely chopped garlic and some salt. It cooks down a lot so what appears to be a lot will make a much smaller serving.
Or you could get some lasagna noodles and make a spinach lasagna.
A main course in deliciousness is steak pinwheels. Get a skirt or a thin breakfast steak, they are pretty cheap being thin and limited in usefulness. Season the meat and spread with the spinach and parmesan cheese. Roll up and secure with tooth picks. Cut the roll into slices and grill or broil about 4 mins on a side or until done to your preference.

Barry Said:I'm looking for the tastiest eggplant parmesan recipe?
We Answered:This is my go-to recipe for eggplant parm:
- 2 eggs, beaten with 1 Tbsp of water
- flour to dredge
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 cup of pecorino-romano cheese
- 1 Tbsp of garlic powder
- Eggplants sliced thin
Dredge the eggplant in flour, dip into egg mixture, then roll into a mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic powder. Allow them to sit on a cooking rack for 5 mintues so that the crust has a chance to congeal (at which point you could easily repeat for a thicker crust). I also tend to use Panko breadcrumbs, which are a jagged Japanese breadcrumb that makes for a nice crunchy crust.
For the sauce, I typically make a normal marinara--which is sauteed garlic in olive oil, followed by a sweat of mirepoix (celery, carrots, and onions thinly brunoised), then adding a can of crushed tomatoes, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
After you have the fried eggplants and the sauce, layer them in a baking dish with motz. cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Serve over your favorite pasta (I tend to like capellini).
Ben Said:I need a Parmesan chicken Recipes that includes honey?
We Answered:I make chicken this way.
mix a quarter cup of honey with a quarter cup of water. then, as you said, dip the chicken in the honey, then coat with corn flakes. I use bread crumbs.
to make it parmesan, after it's baked about 20-30 minutes, it will be almost done in the middle. put a spoonfull of tomato sauce on it and then a slice of parmesan cheese. then bake until it is done.
i'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. i just make mine with the breading and bake it at 350 for 45 minutes, i don't add the stuff to make it 'chicken parm'
Marc Said:Why is it called Chicken Parmesan when there is no Parmesan cheese in most recipes for the dish?
We Answered:I think it's people getting confused between the words "parmigiana" and "Parmesan" that caused this issue. Chicken parmigiana is an Italian dish and usually doesn't have Parmesan cheese - it's a breaded cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Chicken Parmesan is supposed to feature Parmesan cheese, even though it's made in much the same way.
about little about chicken parmigiana
