Any Italian Meals will be good with the cheese. My favorite is a simple Tomato Basil and Mozzarella Salad and just Spaghetti cooked by directions and in skillet saute onion and garlic with salt and pepper and Anchovies melted into the butter and add pasta and toss.

How do I keep parmesan cheese from sticking together when I add it to a homemade tomato sauce? We Answered:
Sprinkle in small amounts at a time, OFF THE HEAT!!! You'll have enough residual heat no problem, you just risk turning the cheese grainy.Howard Said:
Can canned Parmesan cheese be used in a recipe instead of fresh Parmesan? We Answered:
Yes, you can use it, but you will be sacrificing quality. The "REAL" thing is expensive though, and can be a bit salty. It's okay to use either for that recipe. Just use some Mozzarella as well to make it extra cheesy.Lloyd Said:
What is that recipe you make with parmesan cheese, eggs, pasta, spices? We Answered:
I'm guessing that whatever sauce you're talking about would also include rich milk or cream as well. That said, when you add the eggs to the mixture you're going to get a custard like consistency, so why not go for a faux lasagna? Cook the pasta, mix the other ingredients plus some butter into a thick sauce and either layer it with the noodles or toss it. Then a little while (20-30 minutes) in the oven (@ 350 or so) to complete the cooking of the sauce and you're good to go. Put the crumbs if you have them on the top about 7-10 minutes before the dish is done.Heck, this has no name! Name it after yourself!! :D

What can i use as a substitute for parmesan cheese (for pasta sauce recipe)? We Answered:
Way different. Parmesan is a pretty unique cheese. You could try Romano, but it's just as expensive as Parmesan.
