I found a recipe i found for a mac and cheese dish but im not sure i can find something!?We Answered:
Muenster is one you really want to try to find. It is white w/ an orangey edge, usually sliced into squares. It melts incredibly smooth. I've seen it at Walmart in teh deli area (where they slice it for you) or by the Sara Lee deli meats/cheeses. A sub might be provolone, but Muenster is fabu in M&C.Gouda is a little squat round chub of cheese, usually dipped into red wax. You'll find it in the deli area, not where they slice it, but where you find fancier cheeses in a cooler. It has more flavor and a sharper taste than Muenster. If you can't find it, a sub might be Gruyere.
