I found these recipes on allrecipes.com, and looks like you could easily adapt them for chicken wings. You could also use these recipes as a base, and add seasonings to adjust.Lemon Pepper Chicken
2/3 cup dry lemonade mix
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1. To Marinate: In a nonporous glass dish or bowl combine the lemonade mix, pepper and salad dressing. Mix well. Add chicken and toss to coat; cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours to marinate.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade, and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken
1/4 cup lemon pepper
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 cups dry white wine
1. In a small bowl, mix lemon pepper, dry mustard and crushed dried rosemary.
2. Place chicken breast halves in a medium bowl. Rub with garlic. Introduce the lemon pepper mixture and rub it into the chicken. Pour in lemon juice and dry white wine. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before grilling.
3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
4. Cook marinated chicken breasts on the prepared grill until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, or to desired doneness.

Makes: 12 servings
5 lbs. chicken wings or about 4 ¼ lbs. chicken drumettes
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbs. honey
¾ tsp. dried thyme
1 ¼ tsp. grated lemon peel
2 ½ tsp. dried peppercorns (black, green, pink, or a combination ), coarsely ground

1. Cut chicken wings apart at joints; reserve tips for other uses. Rinse wings (or drumettes) and place in a single layer in 2 pans, each 10 by 15 inches.
2. Bake in a 400 degree oven until well browned, about 1 hour and 10 minutes (about 50 minutes in a convection oven); turn pieces occasionally with a wide spatula, and switch pan positions halfway through baking.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together lemon juice, honey, thyme, lemon peel, and ground peppercorns.
4. Drain and discard fat from chicken wings. Consolidate the wings in one pan. Pour the lemon juice mixture over wings and turn pieces with spatula to mix well.
5. Return chicken to oven and bake until sauce thickens and sticks to wings, 12 to 15 minutes, turning pieces often and scraping pan to release any browned bits.
6. Place wings in a chafing dish or on a platter. Add salt to taste. Keep chafing dish warm over a flame, or put platter on an electric warming tray.

Place wings in bowl; pour on lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Sprinkle salt and pout oil; stir. Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally to keep coated. Wings may be barbecued or placed in saucepan and baked 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

Ingredients:3 pounds chicken wings
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Seasoning for chicken wings
adobo seasoning (tumeric and salt)
black pepper
Accent seasoning (seasoned salt)
Directions:
Wash the chicken wings and lay out on a tin foil covered cookie sheet.
Sprinkle chicken wings liberally with the Adobe, pepper and accent. Place chicken under the broiler, and broil on both sides until browned.
Meanwhile, in a small skillet heat up olive oil and butter. Once butter is melted, add the red pepper flakes and garlic. Continue cooking over medium/low heat for about 5 minutes.
Just before the garlic starts to brown, turn heat off and add the lemon juice. Once chicken is brown on both sides, pour this sauce over the chicken wings, and back for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Use it on any light white fish. Put fish in a prepared pan (spray with PAM) sprinkle a little Olive oil over each piece and then sprinkle the lemon pepper. I also sprinkle a little grated Parmesan. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until flaky.
