Whats an easy potato and kumara roast recipe?

We Answered:

Kumara and potatoes? Sounds like a Kiwi maybe. Cut them up into small chunks. In my family we call them "geometricals". Families huh! So say maybe an inch each. Toss them in in some Olive oil, s&p, maybe even a little rosemary.. Roasting dish with some baking paper, (Easier cleaning) Oven at 180c, roast them up, shouldn't take too long with being cut into smaller pieces. Oh Yum. I am a crap cook so I hope this helps a bit.

Frankfurt/potato salad recipe?

We Answered:

I've made potato salad with frankfurters many times, although I use bigger ones and cut them into chunks, but cocktail size should work just as well.
I don't like chives, I use a mustard dressing because I think it goes very well with the frankfurters, but your idea sounds great. Try it without the celery first, then if you think it needs it you can add it afterwards.
