I'm not exactly sure of the recipe you're referring to, but first of all the fruit needs to be completely covered by the alcohol and it has to be refrigerated. That should keep it fresh and safe to drink. Try adding some juice or a another alcohol into a bigger jar.Kenneth Said:

I believe the kiwifruit was named a kiwifruit because it looked like a kiwi. Another name I remember is Chinese Gooseberry.Anyway... kiwi is just a shortened nickname for the fruit.
In fact, I believe the kiwifruit growers market the fruit as "kiwi".

peanut butter cookies1 c peanut butter
1 c of white sugar
1 egg
mix well roll into balls put on greased cookie sheet
press out with a fork bake at 350 untilll done
