Nutrients, vitamin and enzymes are delivered to your body very quickly when you drink a glass of fruit and vegetable juices. Your are on the right track, Toby.

TOMOTOES JUICE - real good FOR HEALTH
12 medium tomatoes, peeled & cored
2 celery ribs, chopped fine
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
Chop the tomatoes fine and process them in a blender or food processor until just juice.
Add celery ribs and tabasco (if using) and process further.
Put into a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes add water.

I stared at this question for awhile and asked myself, why would anyone buy something that makes something that you need to disguise what it makes. Don't get me wrong I understand the health benefits of juicing, I too own 2 juicers myself and they're still in the box, Gifts. Go to your local bookstore and they have lots of books with recipes that are tested. If someone gives you a recipe that contains sardines and cumquat's skip over it. Juice away!

Hi Erose

I'm afraid I don't have those recipes but I just wanted to say that if you are serious about losing weight you do need much more than just recipes.

You really need to follow a plan which will take into account every aspect of detoxing.

One thing I would say is that 30lbs in 2 weeks is a bit extreme, that's over 2lbs a day every day for 14 days, and realistically that's not going to happen without making you feel ill. I would set a target of 1llb per day and you would lose the 30 lbs in 1 month, which is pretty good!

Detoxing is not easy and to go back to what I said before, if you follow a plan you are much more likely to succeed. There are some good programs online which are for people who want to detox and lose weight at the same time.

I know some of these can be purchased for less than 40 bucks so my advice to you is to do that then follow the program to the letter and I'll bet you will have lost your 30 lbs in 1 month or less and feel a whole lot healthier!
