Hello,try this recipe:1 Pkg. cranberries
2 oranges(peeled and seeds removed)
2 apples (peeled, cored and seeds removed)
1 cup of nuts of choice (walnuts or pecans,ect...)
1 large box of sugar free cherry or strawberry Jello
2 cups of Splenda
2 cups of hot water
Grind the cranberries,oranges,apples and nuts in food processor. Dissolve Jello and Splenda into water.Combine well and refrigate until set. Serve with sugar free or light Cool Whip topping.

Orange MuffinsINGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup ground walnuts (optional)
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, white sugar and grated orange peel. Stir in orange juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs and chopped nuts.
Pour into 12 muffin cups.
Blend 1 tablespoon melted margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top of each muffin. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
Country Pineapple Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
10 slices day-old white bread, cubed
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in the bread cubes. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until set.
Margarita Chicken
Lime zest, lime juice, gold tequila and honey flavor the sauce for this dish. This is similar to the recipe from a well-known restaurant chain.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons gold tequila
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
1 tomato, cut into 8 wedges
1 avocado - pitted, peeled, and cubed
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to Broil.
Combine the lime zest, lime juice, tequila, honey, oil, cornstarch, garlic salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring, to thicken the sauce.
Broil chicken breasts for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through (no longer pink inside). Baste with prepared sauce for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
To serve, arrange a folded tortilla on each of 4 plates; add a chicken breast, 2 tomato wedges and some avocado chunks. Drizzle chicken with remaining sauce and garnish with 2 lime wedges.

I love cranberries and have a bunch of recipes, but I'm not sure if you want side dishes, desserts or drinks.Here's one for each
Cran vodka
1 pound cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 bottle vodka
Place cranberries and sugar pot. Simmer cranberry mixture until the berries pop.
Pour into large, clean mason jars. Pour vodka into the jars to cover the berries. Set aside and allow to sit for 1 week. After 1 week, strain out the cranberries and store cranberry vodka in the refrigerator.
Cran-relish
2 cups cranberries
2 skinned and cored apples
1 large seedless orange
2 cups sugar
Run fruit through a processor or grinder. Add sugar. Let sit at room temperature until sugar dissolves.

1 cup butter or margarine
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Slowly stir in the flour by hand, then add cranberries and white chocolate. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 1/2 cups white sugar
* 1 cup shortening
* 3 eggs
* 3 mashed bananas
* 1 cup cranberry sauce
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, and mix in bananas, cranberry sauce, milk, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually blend flour mixture into the banana mixture. Fold in walnuts. Pour into the prepared loaf pans.
3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack, and cool completely.

CRANBERRY SALADSALAD:
2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry Jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
TOPPING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, crumbled
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
SALAD: In saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and water, boiling until sauce is dissolved. Add gelatin, pineapple and nuts. Chill in 9x13 inch pan for 15 hours.
TOPPING: Place in a large mixing bowl in layers crumbled cream cheese, marshmallows and whipping cream. Chill for 15 hours. When ready to serve, whip the topping mixture and spread on top of salad. Yield: 16 servings.
