Do you know a simple and scrumptious way to cook chicken wings?

We Answered:

To me this is the easiest I have found and I have tried many recipes.

Pre-heat your oven to 400-425. Use a glass baking dish and put just a little bit of oil (1 tbls) in the bottom. Place the wings next to each other but not touching. It is OK if some contact is made just don't crowd them. I can usually get about 20 wings in a 9X13 dish. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes then flip and cook another 20 or until golden brown on top. Some people would suggest that you steam or boil your wings for 10 minutes before cooking them in the oven to cut some fat but frankly I found this process tedious with minimal results. Once the wings are done, immediately toss in your favorite sauce and let the wings cool and they will soak up the sauce. The sauces you listed sound good, try a couple of wings in each!

By the way, deep fat fry would be my obvious first choice but I just don't want to go to the expense or trouble and I don't have a deep fryer. i also perfer my wings a little crispy and naked, that is why I don't use flour and why I cook at suck a high heat.

Yet ANOTHER Chinese Curry Sauce Recipe?

We Answered:

Before I tell you the rest...Please leave out the MSG!!!! You can use a good quality chicken/veg stock cube instead, to help improve the flavour if you feel it needs a little something else.
With those ingredients, this is what I'd do.
Cut the leeks into slices and wash well to remove the grit. Add to the broth, with aniseed ,bay and cinnemon. Simmer for about 15 mins, then strain
Heat the veg oil and sweat the garlic and ginger over a low heat for 2-3 mins. Add the curry powder and flour and cook for a further 5 mins. Add paprika and slowly add the strained broth, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 20 mins

Healthy recipe for cooking practical test?

We Answered:

What I would do is if you can provide you own pasta sauce, I would use that to coat your cooked noodles in. Season you chicken with salt an pepper before you start cooking it. Sear it on both sides using some olive oil in you pan, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about ten to fifteen minutes. Place the leaves on the plate in the center. Place you cooked and coated pasta on the leaves, give it as much height as you can, that adds to presentation. Lean your chicken fillet against the pile of noodles. If you can, chop some parsley and some pieces of tomato to add for garnish.
