Nathaniel Said:

What simple foods/snacks can I make with Chili powder?

We Answered:

Sprinkled on popcorn is one of the most common uses for this seasoning outside of making chili. It also goes well with some sliced veggies. Spread cream cheese on some crackers and sprinkle a little on top of that too. You could use it to season ground beef and eat them in warmed corn tortillas with toppings.

Warren Said:

What is the difference between Indian chili powder and chili powder?

We Answered:

I'm guessing you must live in the USA. I know alot about Indian cooking as my father was born there and I grew up on curry.
Indians use plain chilli powder in curries. Due to the Mexican influence in the States alot of people use Mexican chilli powder which is mixed with cumin I think and other spices. If you can find plain chilli powder in your supermarket (not in the Mexican section) that should be fine.
Otherwise you could go on line there are quite a few spice dealers who sell on line. Happy curry making!
