gosh, soups, stews...if you are making rice or potatoes, use the broth instead of water. You can use it instead of wine to de-glaze a pan. Freeze it in 1 or 2 cup containers and pull out as needed

Yes, you won't notice any difference.........I do that all the time....I'd suggest that you go with a low sodium chicken broth and add salt to your own taste, as some of the tinned broths are loaded with salt......

chicken broth can be used for chicken soup in pastas rice
take white rice boil it in chicken broth or pasta boil in chicken broth for added flavor

try chicken broth when steaming veggies adds flavor especially in stir fries
try boiling potatoes in chicken broth before mashing for added flavor

how about chicken rice soup add chicken broth with adding left over cooked rice or boil some up and let sit dry then add to the liquid as well as boiled drumsticks off the bone the meat add it to the broth just rip it off the bones and leave the pieces the way u rip for nice size meat pieces or buy perdue short cuts or tyson cooked chicken

even try using chicken broth with orzo pasta boil in and add frozen mixed veggies carrots corn green beans peas and cook together add pork or chicken chunks if u want or leave as is make it thicker with buillion cubes chicken or flour alittle of it to thicken or add tomato paste one small can

Well hon, there is the Classic Potato Soup I have always made.
It calls for:
4 Idaho potatoes (rough chop)
1 Med Vidailla Onion
12 oz. chicken broth
1/2 cup white rice
Enough water to cover the potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

All you do is boil them together until the potatoes are done and the rice is cooked through. By that time there shouldn't be a whoel lot of liquid.....it's more of a potato stew. It's great for when you are sick.

Fondue Broth Recipes?

1 bottle of red wine
4 cloves of garlic, diced
two green onions, chopped
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cut of mushrooms, sliced very thin
1/2 c of chicken broth

Combine and heat in your fondue pot. It is very similar to the Melting Pots wine broth.

Tropical
2 cups of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. chicken broth
