You should be able to get bitters almost anywhere you can buy liquor. I wouldn't go into a convenience store asking for them. If the store has a good selection of liquor, then the bitters should be next to everything else. Usually on one of the top two shelves, beings they are such small bottles.Cory Said:

in Great Brittan they are considered non-alcoholic. so that would be ok. don't know if you need to be 21 in the US to purchase them. if so, then no, a bartender couldn't serve that to a minor.Sam Said:

no, bitters are a flavorant that you just use a few drops in a drink.i would say it would be best to either substitute orange juice and if you really want it red, add a little food coloring.
