Pantry full of aging seasonings--what to do?We Answered:
This might not be the earth shattering answer you were looking for.... But...If I were you I would make a few rubs with the herbs and spices you like and use it for the next few nights... Even the same rub for a few different kinds of meats. I usually throw in a bog blend of spices and rub it all over pork loin, or ribs, cross rib roast...whatever I am cooking...Hope that helps!

Evaluate whether berbere paste, a popular seasoning in Ethiopia, probably has a cool, mild taste? We Answered:
How could it, when it is made from ground hot peppers and similar spices in a stone mortar with pestle, with possibly vinegar added.A cool, mild taste suggests a cucumber. Berbere paste is designed to give an often meagre meal, sometimes only "injera"-their famous cloth like bread, a bit of a kick.
May I compliment you only a truly strange question? That's saying something for Y!A!
