400 degrees for about 12 min. and keep an eye on them. Next time write the temp down and time that they are to bake and attach it to your refrigerator. Or read the box before you put them in the oven.

is that like maple syrup bagels? i've never heard of them, but good luck finding antoher coffeeshop!
in the meantime, you can try to make them yourself by adding maple syrup into a plain bagel recipe.
this is for plain new york style bagels (i think NY has the BEST bagels!!)

add as much maple syrup as you want to the dough...depending on how sweet you want it.
or just spread maple syrup on a plain bagel instead of cream cheese or butter.

Yea sure, I dont see why not. Its just a piece of bread really. As long as your drinking plenty of water and stuff to keep your digestion running good, you should be fine. If you were eating Mcdonalds everymorning then yah! I would say thats bad, but no youre fine.
