Is it ok to eat raw angel hair pasta?

We Answered:

Angel hair pasta is harmless when eaten dry, but she should drink plenty of fluids because the pasta will absorb digestive fluids like blotting paper if she eats it. Could end up with a touch of constipation.

Gina Said:

How do you get angel hair pasta not to stink together?

We Answered:

Cook as directed according to the package. Add some salt to the water once it starts boiling and add the pasta, but never oil. Once you drain, use some of the water you cooked the pasta in and put a little on the pasta. I'd start with a tablespoon, if that's not enough add a TBSP at a time of water until it doesn't stick.

Hope that helps.

Any ideas for left over cooked angel hair pasta?

We Answered:

Saute some garlic, peppers, and onion in olive oil. Add the pasta and toss. Top with some fresh, chopped Italian parsley and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To accompany the pasta, cut a french bread loaf on the bias and toast. While still hot, brush with olive oil and rub with a cut clove of garlic. Top with freshly ground pepper and ENJOY!

What would be the best option saffron rice or angel hair pasta?

Derrick Said:

What does 'tossed' mean when making angel hair pasta?

We Answered:

"Mixed". Generally they use the word "tossed" instead of "mixed" when what's being stirred up together is large and uneven; you can't exactly stir a big bunch of long pasta, or large pieces of lettuce in a salad, so you sort of toss it around in the bowl to coat it with the dressing or oil or sauce.
